Authority: Silver or Lead

Mar 7, 2022 | Authority

A sober-minded understanding of the differences between an organized criminal organization, a terrorist organization, and a state are crucial to understanding the perfectionist worldview. Plata o plomo (silver or lead) is an infamous quote attributed to a Colombian cocaine salesman by the name of Pablo Escobar. The concept behind it, however, is nothing new. In fact, it remains the modus operandi of the powerful to this day. Why then do people attribute it solely to criminals? To answer this, we must first define our terms.

Organized Criminal Organization

Such organizations are sometimes referred to as gangs, cartels, or mafia. Such an organization collects taxes on those who sell products or services on a territory that the organization considers to be its own. It collects these taxes and spends that money on the enforcement of its rules, security services, infrastructure projects, and even welfare. Such an organization does not claim to be benevolent and spends none of its resources to create the appearance of moral legitimacy among the public. It does not attempt to conceal its threats with legal procedures; armed men will kidnap and imprison those who refuse to comply with the rules. It claims to be an exclusively money-making operation, and thus, its use of violence is purely motivated by financial profit.

Terrorist Organization

Such organizations are sometimes referred to as rebels, resistance fighters, guerillas, or revolutionaries. Such an organization collects taxes on those who sell products or services on a territory that the organization considers to be its own. It collects these taxes and spends that money on the enforcement of its rules, security services, infrastructure projects, and even welfare. Such an organization does claim to be benevolent and spends a significant portion of its resources to create the appearance of moral legitimacy among the public. It conceals its threats using legal procedures and determinations which are enforced with the threat of armed men who will kidnap and imprison those who refuse to comply. It claims to be motivated by higher ideals than that of money, and thus, its use of violence is political in nature. A terrorist organization has yet to secure complete control over a given territory and murder or imprison the previous rulers.

State

Such organizations are sometimes referred to as governments, regimes, or authorities. A state has managed to secure complete control over a given territory and has murdered or imprisoned the previous rulers.

What’s the difference between a state and a terrorist organization? Victory is the only difference. Lenin was a terrorist until he won and became the Soviet Chairman. George Washington was a terrorist until he won and became the President. Ayatollah Khomeini was a terrorist until he won and became the Supreme Leader. The Bourbons were monarchs until Napoleon the terrorist took over; Napoleon then became the new monarch and the Bourbons were exiled as terrorists. Then, Napoleon lost and became a terrorist once again, and the Bourbons were installed as the monarchs once again.

What’s the difference between a terrorist organization and a mafia? Unlike a terrorist organization, the mafia does not overtly threaten the authority of the state. Under those circumstances, a state has an incentive to allocate a greater focus on fighting terrorism; to lose against a mafia means that criminals walk free whereas to lose against a terrorist organization means that the previous regime might be murdered or imprisoned. Pablo Escobar was a gangster until he bullied the Colombian state and became a terrorist. If he had been successful in taking over the state, he would be remembered as nothing more than a generous politician.

What’s the difference between a state and a mafia? Historically, the term used would have been religion, but nowadays people prefer the term “public relations” (PR) because it conceals the fact that self-proclaimed atheists are as radical as any religious fundamentalist. America kills in the name of its god, freedom, and believes in spreading democracy to the world. ISIS kills in the name of its god, Allah, and believes in spreading Islam to the world. The USSR killed in the name of its god, equality, and believed in spreading communism to the world. There is absolutely nothing exceptional about America; Uncle Sam is, in practice, as much of a gangster as any gangster, but like any other state, it invests in public relations (i.e. religious indoctrination) to legitimize its authority. All communication is a religious activity and all education is indoctrination; in fact, this is implied in the very term “doctor” – one who spreads doctrine.

Regardless of how these organizations want to portray themselves, they are ultimately the same thing: men with guns and money. What they do is also the same thing: men with guns and money threaten, murder, and kidnap to obtain a desired result. Plata o plomo is the way of the world. Power is what determines what is right or wrong, truth or fiction, high-status or low-status. Power is why people believe the historical narratives they believe. History is written by the victors, i.e. men with guns and money. It is impossible to observe this reality and conclude anything other than might makes right.

Thus, power is an end in itself and someone will wield the metaphorical gun, one way or another. The only question is whether or not Western elites wish to continue recognizing the authority of the United States of America – a state which is legitimized by and the #1 exporter of the sadistic and sexually perverted religion of Americanism. Will Westerners continue indoctrinating their children into the American religion which advocates for the sexual mutilation of children, the sexual “liberation” of little girls, and the worship of a pedophilic freedom-god?

Westerners should bear in mind that America is in full decline and a power vacuum is forming slowly but surely. The moral authority which is filling that void will show no mercy to those who support America’s sexual abuse of children; the same applies to those who fail to report such perverts to OSIC and those who refuse to vocally and explicitly disassociate themselves from such perverts. Whether Westerners choose the right side of history is entirely up to them; the consequences of that decision will be felt, either way. As perfectionists, we will take note of that decision whichever way it goes, and unlike our justicist colleagues, we do not believe in being compassionate to those who hurt, abuse, and take advantage of women and children.
